COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE
SBEU TO GO BACK TO MEMBERS TO GET MANDATE

During the last round of negotiations on 11 December, SCBA has made a final offer to SBEU on the Collective Agreement. Since the Proposed CA, if adopted will result in a very fundamental change to the way our salaries are to be determined, SBEU will go back to each and every member to make this important decision. |
We will hold General Meetings for all members to give their views AND to decide on whether to accept SCBA's offer. Full details of SCBA's offer will be made available at these meetings. Remember, what you get at the end of each month will depend on you. We urge all members, including those in Finance Companies and non executive officers to attend. |
